Summary
The post holder will have responsibility for the daily operational management of D2A services well as deputising for the Directorate Manager, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care in a performance rich environment. The post holder will be monitored against a range of metrics, both national and local, aimed at maximising safety, efficiency, productivity and profitability. The post holder will lead in the development and management of businesscontinuity, service developments, risk assessment and the development of policies and protocols, whilst contributing to the overarching strategy of the organisation as well as influencing priority setting and decision making, ensuring appropriate agenda are devised for senior meetings and partaking in quality improvement and transformational projects within the service. If successful this vacancy will require a Standard DBS check at a cost of £21.90.
