Summary

Hours: Part Time, 31 Hours and 15 minutes per week, Term Time Only (Monday to Friday 8.45am – 3.30pm)
Salary: Hay 10 (£17,485 - £18,389 per annum)
This is a fixed term post until 31st August 2025 subject to a budget and staffing review.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our expanding and high achieving Primary School!
In September 2022, the school began the first phase of expansion from 140 places to 210 places, making us a single form entry school, with one class per year group. In October 2022, we moved into a new, state of the art building, built to Passivhaus standards.
You will be working in a class on a full-time basis. You will also be running interventions across the whole school in the afternoons. We are looking for a person who will:
• provide support for pupils including those who have special educational needs.
• have a sound knowledge of supporting children with autism.
• work closely with the class teacher, SENCO and other members of staff
• embrace the Christian ethos, our vision of Believe, Belong, Become and our values (Koinonia/ community, Respect, Compassion, Perseverance, Wisdom and Love).
• other duties as outlined in the job description/personal specification.

Previous experience working as a teaching assistant and with SEN children is desirable.
