A Vacancy at Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the medical team at Aintree University Hospital site in Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Junior Doctor for 12 months in August 2024.
Suitable for doctors who are looking for first start in NHS or who are looking to take a year off the training or wanting more experience before pursuing further training in medicine.

Up to 40 hours per week without on-call commitment, part time appointments will be considered.
These posts are aimed at junior doctors who wants NHS experience or who would like to gain more experience in medicine before committing to a particular career. It is also aimed to junior doctors who would like to work but not want to commit to regular out of hours work.
Post holder will rotate to specialties in medicine working predominantly in wards supervised by consultants to look after patients with variety of medical issues.
Post holder will be assigned a clinical supervisor and will be encouraged to keep a portfolio of your experience as well as participating in all activities such as audit, mortality and patient safety work.
Post holder will have access to study leave and study budget. Post holder will have educational opportunities to attend Foundation Trainees or Core Medical Trainees training days if ward staffing or department allows.
Post holder will not have on-call duties / out of hour duties. However, negotiation is possible if post holder wants to participate in on-call / out of hours duties.
