We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead on stock transfer projects to and from other housing providers. This will involve collating and handling large MS Excel data sets and undertaking data analysis; responding to all legal and operational enquiries received throughout the transaction; working with a wide range of external and internal stakeholders, including solicitors and consultants; negotiating complex, valuable, and high-profile stock transfers with key partners within tight timescales. Engaging with residents will also form a key part of the role.

The role will report into the Senior Stock Rationalisation Manager and be responsible for identifying the need for, securing, and managing project team resources as required in order to achieve completion.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

· Experience and strong skills in collating, managing, and analysing large datasets, including proficiency in using MS Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot tables.

· A good keen eye for detail.

· Demonstrable experience of managing large scale housing, asset management, sales or development projects.

· Evidence of collaboration, stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing.

· Experience in property development or sales, valuation, asset management, or housing.

· Understanding of the concept of value for money in relation to different property assets.

· Commitment to providing high levels of customer service and demonstrable experience in working positively in resident facing environments.

Whilst experience with Stock Rationalisation is desirable, we are open to candidates with a housing background or strong MS Excel data handling skills who wish to be considered.

If you have the skills and experience listed above and are interested in working for an organisation that can really make a difference, then please apply without delay!
