Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the nurse led integrated community respiratory team to provide admin support.
The team have two sites, Rochford Hospital and Thundersley clinic and are looking for an experienced admin assistant to provide general duties, answering the phone and booking appointments.
The team consists of B7 specialist nurses and physiotherapist, B6 nurses and physiotherapist, B4 associate practitioners and admin support.
The successful applicant will ideally have previous experience in an NHS role, excellent communication and listening skills and use of electronic record systems.
The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team and have an understanding of primary care, secondary care, MDT working and ICB’s.
To support the team in the management and service delivery for local residents suffering from respiratory disease. This will include provision of admin support for the respiratory virtual ward, booking clinic and home visits, liaising with other health professionals and dealing with telephone queries.
