Summary
Events Assistant/Coordinator, Coventry, £23-25k
Working Clientside, the successful Events Executive will be responsible for:
*Successful planning and execution of virtual and in person events.
*Organising logistics, AV and travel and accommodation if required.
*Liaising with venues.
*Ensure the process runs smoothly and every stage is completed with agreed timeline/schedule.
*Post event analysis – identify areas of improvement.
Requirements:
*Held a similar position.
*Experience of B2B events
*Ability to remain calm under pressure.
You must be UK based and live within a commutable distance of the where the position is located. Sponsorship is not available so you will need to have full leave to remain.
