Key description of the role:
You will provide high quality support service to assist Trust managers and employees to operate sites safely, and in line with facilities maintenance processes and procedures. This includes providing administration support and assisting the Facilities Operations Supervisor to ensure Trust facilities are well-maintained and compliant.

In this varied and interesting role, you will be an important point of contact for our site teams, understanding their facilities maintenance needs, scheduling work, and liaising with contractors to ensure the Papworth Trust teams receive a great service for their site.
The Ideal Candidate:
Whilst you may not have worked within a facilities maintenance service before, you will have good customer service and administration skills, and be able to plan and organise work for sites. You will be confident and clear in your communication.

The ability to learn new processes and a good attention to detail will be key to your success in this role. IT skills are essential, particularly Microsoft Office, and training will be provided for Trust systems.
