The Role

Contributing to our growth, you will create and implement account plans for existing customers who use our OptimiseRx and AnalyseRx technologies. You will focus on objectively measuring usage, customer satisfaction and benefits realisation, which will lead to customer retention and opportunities to upsell.

Providing specialist support to our Commercial Management team during the pre-sales process, you will on-board new OptimiseRx and AnalyseRx customers to ensure they are set up for success.

You will clearly communicate both the value proposition of our solutions and the benefits associated with maximising on-going usage, overseeing a seamless transition from the sales team into deployment and then live running.

Additionally, you will:

- Develop and nurture broad and deep relationships with key stakeholders
- Create and manage account plans which measure customers’ experience
- Become a key ‘voice of the customer’
- Support customers in achieving timely contract renewals
- Effectively recognise and realise upsell and cross-sell opportunities

About You

To be considered as a Clinical Account Manager, you will need:

- To be a qualified Pharmacist, with current GPhC registration
- Significant relevant experience providing complex health IT-related solutions
- Demonstrable project and/or deployment management experience
- Experience selling and/or delivering services into the NHS

Please note, this role combines home working with work on customer sites within your region. You may be required to work outside of normal office hours with occasional overnight stays.
