Located in the heart of Mayfair, London Hilton on Park Lane was the first Hilton to open within the UK and is close to all that London has to offer. Salary: up to £29,400 per year plus service charge based on a 39 hour week.

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday 9-5

The kitchen administrator is responsible in assisting the Executive Chef managing and training the kitchen team to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.


What will I be doing?

  • Manage and train the kitchen brigade effectively to ensure a well-organised and motivated team
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene, Health and Safety, and stock procedures
  • Ensure resources meet business needs through the effective management of working rotas
  • Support brand standards through the training and assessment of your team
  • Knowledge of activities in other departments and implications
  • Rota organisation




What are we looking for?
  • Previous experience in a similar role in kitchen environment
  • Warm and approachable in a very busy office dealing with different cultures
  • Good computer skills and competent in Word and Excel (typing and dictating)
  • Strong supervisory skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent planning and organising skills

    • In line with the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must have the eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom.
