Summary
Bestmunch Ltd, trading as French Tacos UK, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee the day-to-day kitchen operations. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for maintaining food quality, managing the kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and enhancing the overall kitchen efficiency in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Main duties include:
• Manage and supervise the kitchen to ensure efficient operations during service.
• Maintain high food quality and consistency in all dishes.
• Oversee inventory management, order supplies, and minimize wastage.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Implement portion control and food storage procedures.
• Collaborate with management on menu updates, budgeting and customer preferences.
Skills and Education:
• Proven experience as a kitchen manager or in a similar role in a food service environment.
• Good time management and the ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• A proactive approach to maintaining quality and service consistency.
