Summary
An exciting new post has arisen within our Emergency Operations Centres (EOC) for 2 x Service Support Assistants. The role itself will be a combination of data quality auditing and corrections, Project support and maintaining EOC resources to support our front line Call Handlers, Dispatchers and Clinicians.
The Service Support Assistant is a key role in ensuring the Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) data, that is used both internally and externally, is validated and accurate, by using a range of tools such as IntoZetta, Portal, and other data compliance reporting tools.
The post holder will be responsible for ensuring internal resources are current and up to date, such as the Directory of Services (DoS), General Information on CAD, and other quick reference guides within the EOC
Providing project support to various projects within the EOC, duties will include data entry, user testing and producing communications or guides, as required. Furthermore, providing note taking support and updating project plans
