Summary
• Assesses the functions, objectives and requirements of the organisation seeking advice
• Ability to take initiative and act in a proactive manner not needing significant direction or management.
• Identifies problems concerned with business strategy, policy, organisation, procedures, methods, and markets.
• Determines the appropriate method of data collection and research methodology, analyses and interprets information gained and formulates and implements recommendations and solutions.
• Ability to operate successfully under pressure while juggling conflicting demands while remaining strongly committed to accomplishing results.
• Operate as a role model for Valued Business Partner behaviours.
• Demonstrate research Findings to higher management.
• Identify potential clients and research on client business requirements.
• Generating leads and new business
• Promoting products & services in various channels
• Developing & maintaining client relationships
• Partner with sales team to draft contract winning proposals to clients.
• Negotiate contract terms with clients & communicating terms to stakeholders.
• Work with Technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
• Arrange & participate in Internal & external client debriefs.
• Receiving and capitalising on leads from market research
