Summary

Our West Yorkshire Response and Maintenance unit is looking for two Electricians who enjoy delivering a vital and valued repairs service to residential customers to work within our Response & Voids Team! You will specialise in day-to-day repairs, maintenance, and minor refurbishments for our reputable Social Housing client, working in properties in Bradford, Leeds area. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individuals who are looking for job security working for a long standing established Company.

Duties and responsibilities of the Electrician role:


Undertaking electrical repairs and maintenance work within a social housing domestic setting, with occasional electrical testing requirements
Previous experience in this sector would be ideal
You will be working towards weekly productivity targets, attending to emergency, reactive, and routine repairs.
Demonstrating excellent customer service skills when working in a customer facing environment, in occupied properties.
A friendly approachable individual is a must, someone who can relate and interact with tenants in a professional and friendly manner!


Expectations of the successfully appointed Electrician:


Qualified to an NVQ level 3 as an Electrician, or similar professional body (e.g., City & Guilds), with 18th Edition certificate and AM2 which is essential
Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the Electrician role, with use of a company van and fuel card included
