Summary

Working hours: 40 hours per week

Are you a Mobile Electrical Engineer with experience within the commercial industry? Are you looking for an exciting opportunity with a global FM company?

My client, a facilities management organisation focused on progression and development, is seeking a qualified Electrician who has experience working within commercial environments, carrying out all areas of planned and reactive maintenance within existing Facilities Management contracts. This a full time, temporary and static role based in Bradford.

Main duties will include:

  • Carrying out planned electrical maintenance in line with its scheduled date, following health and safety policies.
  • Being able to carry out other maintenance including basic plumbing and joinery.
  • Ensuring all faults and defects are remedied to meet customer expectations.
  • Ensure all logs are kept up to date at all times.
  • Carrying out reactive tasks and being proactive in highlighting areas of improvement.
  • Carrying out additional FM duties in line with capabilities when appropriate.
  • Contribute to the overall team and company objectives.
  • Ensure the work area is left safe on completion of the job.

The ideal candidate must have the following:

  • 17th edition qualified
  • NVQ Level 3
  • Full clean, UK driving licence
