Summary
The Senior Management Team within Bedfordshire & Luton CAMHS is committed to staff development and wellbeing: there are regular opportunities for staff to apply for appropriate training courses, and to get involved in quality improvement initiatives and new developments in the service. The East London NHS Trust prioritizes staff wellbeing and we are introducing a range of staff wellbeing initiatives to support this. This post is based in Luton. The post holder will need to work and travel within Luton, as required, so it is essential they have the means to do this. In addition, the postholder may need to work the occasional evenings/weekend hours, but this is dependent on service need and we do not envisage that it will be often.
