We welcome applicants who:

• Knowledge of evidence based parenting programmes.

2. Become a key member of the Partnership Group comprising representation from stakeholders, governance and professional members in order to manage and coordinate the implementation of the local EPEC Hub and subsequent rollout across Luton
3. Develop and maintain processes for the efficient operation of the programme in compliance with the ELFT and EPEC national quality standards.
4. Champion the EPEC programme and step into the PGL facilitator role to deliver parent courses in the absence of a PGL.
5. Seek and develop joint working opportunities and align working practices with partner services and external agencies in order to improve EPEC delivery arrangements, increase workforce capacity and support early intervention and prevention g. Early Help or universal services including schools and health services.

To support you in this role, you will receive regular, separate clinical and management supervision sessions, access to a variety of CPD sessions, and annual performance appraisals. You will also be supported by a Partnership Group and work closely with the EPEC Implementation Manager and EPEC Clinical Lead to mobilise the hub and deliver our first group at the end of September 2024.

The Senior Management Team within Bedfordshire & Luton CAMHS is committed to staff development and wellbeing: there are regular opportunities for staff to apply for appropriate training courses, and to get involved in quality improvement initiatives and new developments in the service. The East London NHS Trust prioritizes staff wellbeing and we are introducing a range of staff wellbeing initiatives to support this. This post is based in Luton. The post holder will need to work and travel within Luton, as required, so it is essential they have the means to do this.

In addition, the postholder may need to work the occasional evenings/weekend hours, but this is dependent on service need and we do not envisage that it will be often.
