Drivers are essential due to the rural location, unless you've got a spring in your step and can walk the distance (there are no public transport links).

About the Role:

As a Lead Support Worker, you'll be at the heart of ensuring that the individuals we support lead happy and fulfilled lives. Not only will you be providing hands-on support, but you'll also be leading the shift, guiding your colleagues to deliver exceptional care. From assigning tasks to administering medication, mentoring new team members, and assisting with weekly checks and audits, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a nurturing and supportive environment.
