Summary


Anexciting opportunity has arisento join the administration teamwithin the NeuroRehabilitation Service.


The post holder willbe responsible forproviding effective and efficient administration support to ourclinical colleagues.


You willpossessexcellent communication skills, have proven organisational skills and be able to work on your own initiative.


You will be able to organise and prioritise your own workload, meet set deadlines and balance this with the demands of this diverse and varied role.


We haveapart time role available, 18.75 hoursper week,based at our officeat St Mark’s Hospital Maidenhead.


Induction to the post will require some time to be spent at the team’s administrative baseat West Berkshire Community Hospital, Thatcham.

• Type confidential correspondence,reportsand other documentation to a high standard within agreedtimescales.  

• Ensure the efficient andaccuraterecording of data on all electronicsystems. 

• Establish andmaintainappropriate filingsystems, including archiving following current legislation. 

• Accessadminshared emailand action requests appropriately.

• Deal with incoming telephone callsand team voicemail.

• General administrative duties as requested by locality team.

• Undertake any ad-hoc duties as required by the Service Manage
