We have an opportunity to join one of London's Leading NHS providers of FCP Physiotherapy. We offer the opportunity and support to develop as an FCP while continuing to grow as a departmental Physiotherapist within an NHS MSK Physiotherapy team.

We are an innovative team with a strong track record of staff development & great support, led by an established team of Band 8a FCP's & Extended Scope Physiotherapists/APP's.

The role combines the best of both worlds, where you will form a key part of a primary care network & working with the Homerton's Outpatient therapy service (secondary care)

Some of the main duties are as follows:

- Provide clinical expertise as a first contact Physiotherapist managing musculoskeletal patients. With our comprehensive support you will be expected to work towards and complete the Health Education England FCP roadmap stage 1 and 2.

- As an FCP you will be based in one of primary care networks and as a Band 7 you will work with our Physiotherapy team in our well equipped Physiotherapy Departments.

- The successful candidate will be a key member of the team in delivering clinical education and quality improvement projects throughout the service, as well as evidence-based patient-centred physiotherapy management to a varied caseload of musculoskeletal patients.

- You will have the opportunity to develop your supervision and mentorship skills with the opportunity to supervise band 6 Physiotherapists
