We are currently seeking a highly motivated Account Manager / Customer Relations Advisor to join our client based in Grantham on a permanent basis as part of a small team of Account Managers. Your responsibility is to address customers' needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships dealing with queries and upselling.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of your solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
• Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities
All candidates will preferably have the following requirements:
• Proven work experience within a sales and customer services focused relevant role
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Excellent listening and negotiation abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000 per annum plus bonus and commission
Working hours - 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday with some flexibility for the right candidate
