They are committed to providing high-quality education and support to our diverse student body. As part of their dedication to fostering a nurturing learning environment, they are seeking a passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team on a permanent basis.

As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and developmental needs of their students. Working closely with teachers and other support staff, you will provide individualized assistance to students with special educational needs (SEN), ensuring they have equal access to the curriculum and opportunities for growth.

The successful LSA will have:

    • Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role within a primary school setting is highly desirable.
    • A genuine passion for supporting the educational and holistic development of children, including those with SEN.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents/carers.
    • Patience, empathy, and resilience when working with students facing challenges or barriers to learning.
