Summary
We are looking for Support Workers in Lincoln to cover various shifts from on full or part time contract We offer fantastic benefits, training and a great team environment.
Having Full UK/EU driving licence and access to a car is essential for this role!
We are looking for people who share our values and can support someone to have the life they want to live. Are you able to work under pressure? Do you have an understanding of behaviours of distress and positive behaviour support?
Working for Dimensions in Lincoln to support 3 ladies who share their home together. Each lady has their own unique attributes and enjoy getting out of the house to do new and exciting things as well as some old favourites. Being able to turn your hand to different support strategies and plans during your working day is vital. Support from personal care, mobility as well as meal time support needed to various degrees. If you posses a calm head, good communication and a passion for positive support this could be the role for you.
