Summary

Support worker - 2 x Part Time - 21.25 hours a week - Must be able to fit in the below rota!

We are recruiting for amazing Support Workers in Lincoln. Whether you have experience or not, we will help support you to reach your full potential by providing you with all the necessary training, guidance and support you need to complete your care certificate and further qualifications.

The gentlemen has Dementia and has a deterioration with his eye sight. He needs full support to get around his property safely and to carry out personal care. He requires full support with meal and drink preparation. He requires full support to carry out household tasks but likes to be involved and kept as active and as independent as possible. It is a requirement to be able to take the gentlemen out into the community to attend health appointments if necessary. Support to be given to use public transport as a means to get around but own car can be used if preferable and able to provide business insurance and valid MOT.

Full support given to make food planning menu's and work around a healthy balanced diet with a range of foods. Support to cook and be involved in making meals and baking things such as scones and cakes.

A wheelchair is used when the gentlemen goes outside of his house and for long trips.

The gentlemen enjoys reading the newspaper, listening to music, talking about the war and the military. He likes to go out shopping and to visit different places such as air museums, seaside's and car boot sales.

The ideal must be able to work the following rota!

Week1

Vacancy 1 - Wed 6am - 10:30pm + sleep; Thursday - 7:30am - 2pm; Sunday 12pm - 10:30+ sleep

Vacancy 2 - Monday - 8am - 10:30pm + sleep; Tuesday - 07:30am -8am; Thursday - 2pm - 10:30pm + sleep; Friday 07:30am - 8am

Week 2

Vacancy 1 - Monday 07:30am - 8am; Saturday - 8am - 10:30pm + sleep; Sunday 7:30am - 8am

Vacancy 2 - Tuesday 12:30pm - 10:30pm + sleep; Thursday 8am - 10:30pm + sleep; Friday 7:30am - 8am

Week 3

Vacancy 1 - Wednesday 6:30am - 10:30pm + sleep; Thursday 7:30am - 2pm; Saturday 8am - 10:30pm + sleep; Sunday 7:30am - 8:15am

Vacancy 2 - Thursday 2pm - 10:30pm + sleep; Friday 7:30am - 8:15am; Sunday 8am - 1pm

Week 4

Vacancy 1 - Monday 4pm - 10:30+ sleep; Tuesday 7:30am - 8am; Thursday 8am - 5pm

Vacancy 2 - Thursday 5pm - 10:30pm + sleep; Friday 7:30am - 8am; Saturday 8am - 10:30pm + sleep; Sunday 7:30am - 8am.
