We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Retail Manager / Store Supervisor / Assistant Shop Manager / Department Lead or Supervisory with excellent customer service skills.
The company is looking for candidates who has some sort of supervisory / management experience to run their store as the Retail Manager in Crawley, West Sussex.
As a successful candidate you will have team leading experience, an eye for detail and merchandising with excellent customer service skills.
As the Retail Manager you will be ‘hands on’ and lead the team by example, ensuring all customers receive a first-class customer experience.
Whether you come from a supermarket, fashion retail, DIY, pharmacy, furniture store or other type of retail environment, the company will be keen to hear from you.

DUTIES
Your duties as the Retail Manager include:
• Manage a small team of Retail Sales Assistants
• Visual merchandise the stock to give maximum impact in the store
• Cash up each day and bank the days takings
• Arrange regular stock checks and ensure stock levels are maintained
• Provide an excellent customer experience for all visitors to the store
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• Previous experience as either a Retail Manager / Store Supervisor / Assistant Shop Manager / Department Lead or Supervisory
• Great team leadership and management skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• An eye for detail with great visual merchandising skills
• Excellent customer service skills
