About the Job

As a Sales Manager at Lampton Leisure, you will be responsible for leading the sales team at Hanworth, driving new sales and
membership retention, whilst maintaining first class customer service to make this leisure centre the one of choice in the area.
You will establish and maintain excellent relationships with our customers and potential future customers whilst ensuring our
sales team is always delivering excellent customer service.



Key Responsibilities include:

* Overseeing the activities and performance of the Sales and Retention team 
* Lead and inspire the centre team in delivering the right choice of membership for the customer and delivering first-rate
customer service 
* Keep up to date with the latest fitness trends in the Leisure industry to share your knowledge with customers. Undertake local
competitor analysis and react appropriately to socio-demographic trends 
* Adopt a proactive approach to driving sales and retention, ensuring the integrity of Lampton Leisure sales driving, retaining,
and reporting procedures are adhered to. 
* Managing organizational sales by developing a monthly KPI, Marketing & Cancellation plan to cover sales, revenue, cancellation,
and Rota. 
* Tracking sales goals and reporting results to Sales & Retention Manager daily, weekly & Monthly 
* Achieve monthly all sales target, all membership net gain, retention, and enquiries. Be accountable for individual sales for an
assigned Centre and achieving an individual sales target on a monthly basis. 
* Drive all revenues, including Swim School, Junior Membership, Memberships, PAYG and member retention 
* Ensure customer service targets are met, all comments are responded to within stipulated deadlines, appropriate action is
taken, and a weekly analysis of comments is produced.



About you

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent and proven sales experience, ideally within the leisure industry, with
experience leading a successful sales team. You will have the ability to build strong relationships, strong sales and
negotiation skills, and the ability to influence and motivate team members. Good computer skills with experience of using a CRM /
Booking software would be ideal.
