Summary
Contribute to the implementation of care as directed by the nurse in charge and in accordance with the requirements of the individual patient. Observation of changes in the patients’ physical, emotional or spiritual state and reporting to the nurse in charge. To support patients in activities of daily living and preserve personal dignity. To provide and atmosphere which enables patients to live within their social, cultural or belief system and allows them to make reasonable life style choices
