Summary

Total Tools Limited is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Manager specializing in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and eCommerce to join our dynamic team. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our IT infrastructure and spearheading the development of our eCommerce business while ensuring the highest level of security, audit compliance, and cybersecurity for our eCommerce website and / or app.

Job roles:

* Developing and maintaining a robust IT infrastructure aligned with business objectives;
* Overseeing the installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware, software, networks and systems;
* Ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, including servers, databases and cloud-based services;
* Developing, implementing and maintaining eCommerce business infrastructure, web portal and app;
* Collaborating with functional teams to define requirements and design scalable, secure and user-friendly systems;
* Ensuring seamless integration of eCommerce systems with existing business processes and back-end systems;
* Stay updated with industry trends and technologies related to eCommerce and recommend innovative solutions;
* Establishing and enforcing IT security policies, procedures and best practices;
* Conducting regular audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards;
* Implementing measures to safeguard customer data and protect against cybersecurity threats;
* Providing guidance and training to the functional teams on cybersecurity.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, networking, hardware, software, and cloud-based services.
* Experience managing ecommerce business
• Good understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with audit compliance requirements.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with different functional teams.
* Relevant certifications (CompTIA Security+ or Cybersecurity related) are desirable, CompTIA CASP+ is plus
