8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday

Position Overview:
The Food and Beverage Coordinator will oversee the food and beverage provisions at our Perivale and Dering St offices. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming environment for staff and customers to enjoy their meal and break times.
You must possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Managing the coffee bar (located on-site at our corporate offices) with emphasis on: Providing an excellent product and customer service, Making and serving beverages and snacks, Sourcing, ordering and controlling of stock, Ensuring a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness
- Providing support to stakeholders including cleaning team and at catered events
Ordering and distributing sundries, such as milk, bread, fruit.
- Ensuring all food points are maintained to a high standard of hygiene
- Liaising with third party food provider to ensure high quality offerings to staff and clients
- Handling customer and client feedback and resolving complaints or issues promptly and satisfactorily.
- Ensuring all financial processes and procedures are followed.
Key Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in catering/hospitality, but this is not mandatory, instead the most important requirements for this role are:
- A strong focus upon excellent customer service
- An enthusiastic and confident approach in dealing with a wide range of people.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
- The ability to work independently.
