Summary
Amazing job opportunity within our construction company based in Aldgate, London. Multi Services Kent Limited are looking for a Receptionist to join the team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic and is willing to succeed in a busy office environment.
Responsibilities include:
• Answering the main office phone and directing any calls or messages.
• Greeting any visitors and clients that come in and out of the office.
• Working with the company databases (uploading files, updating job lists, creating new sites, closing down completed sites)
• Printing documents and making files e.g. Health and safety file, risk assessment files.
• Log Health and Safety Inspections and Audits.
• Creating and printing certificates.
• Distributing internal and outgoing post.
• Completing registrations for new starters (checking valid documents, completing forms, creating ID cards)
• Resourcing and allocating operatives to projects
• Completing induction forms
• Filing away all necessary paperwork
Experience/Key Skills
• Essential knowledge of Microsoft packages is required
• Good communication skills
• Keen eye for detail both in reviewing information received and in submitting documentation
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• Resourceful and capable of working as a team member
• Flexible and adaptable in completing varied tasks
