Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, creativity in menu development, and strong leadership skills.
Duties:
- pay rate depending on experience
- Wednesday - Sunday ( hours to be discussed)
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Develop and create innovative menus that meet quality standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation practices
- Lead and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Manage inventory, control food costs, and maintain kitchen equipment
- Collaborate with management to plan special events and promotions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef
- In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Certification in food safety and sanitation practices is a plus
