Summary

Role overview

urbanbubble are looking for an outstanding General Manager to lead the team at our Anco&Co development! The General Manager will
be solely responsible for delivering all aspects of the lettings and management of the development, including the delivery of
exceptionally high quality customer service. You will oversee the Resident Services, Facilities Management and all 3rd party
suppliers.




What will you do?

* Be solely responsible for delivering all aspects of the Operational and Budgetary management of the development, including the
delivery of exceptionally high-quality customer service.
* Ensuring the smooth running of the building and that all the resident services are carried out to a high standard
* Provide inspirational leadership to a highly motivated team that are committed to working within a culture of continuous
improvement, outstanding performance, and excellent levels of Resident satisfaction
* Managing and creating the budget for the building, ensuring the operation is run both efficiently and effectively.
* Contribute to weekly, monthly and quarterly client reporting on lettings performance and operational budget management.
* To implement and fully support an engagement strategy that includes resident communication and events as well as feedback and
satisfaction levels
* To ensure Health and Safety policies and procedures are being properly implemented and a safe environment is provided for
residents and staff.
* Deliver all KPI’s through effective operational management and deliver the highest possible standards in line with Service
Level Agreements.
* To recruit, develop and retain talent by promoting peak performance through effective people management, embracing the
one-to-one and review process




What are we looking for?

* Comparable Property Management experience within Residential or Hospitality
* Good understanding of H&S and building management
* Experience of managing budgets
* Strong communication, influencing and relationship skills
* Excellent people management skills and experience of managing large teams
* Experience developing high performing teams in a fast paced demanding environment
* Outstanding customer service standards
* The ability to work proactively and to use initiative in a highly competitive and dynamic environment
* High levels of energy, drive, enthusiasm and passion for developing themselves and supporting their team




Desirable:
· Health and Safety qualification.
· ARLA Qualification
· IRPM foundation level qualification (or willingness to work towards)
