• Part-time (32.50hrs per week (Mon-Fri 0830am-330pm) - Term time only

We are looking to appoint a reliable, enthusiastic, competent and adaptable person to join the Alun School’s cover team. The appointed individual will be employed as a Cover Supervisor to supervise whole classes during short-term absences of teachers. Duties will include administrative, learning support, exam invigilation and break and lunchtime duties when needed.
The Alun School, which is situated twelve miles from the historic city of Chester, is a co-educational comprehensive school with 240+ in each year group and a Sixth Form of over 300 students. Our school offers an extremely supportive environment in which to work. Students are enthusiastic to learn and we have a strong House system. We have a diverse programme of extra-curricular activities and relationships with parents are very good. All members of staff are very positive about their school and staff turnover is very low.
