Summary


The Stroke Team at Hampshire Hospitals are actively recruiting a band 6 nurse to join our inpatient team for a 1 year secondment. We provide hyper-acute, acute and rehabilitative care throughout the inpatient stroke journey.

TheBand 6role is the key supporting function to the Band 7 to enable the optimal care of our patients and to the success of our Trust. The delivery of a high quality, effective and compassionate care is the most important role within the organisation.
• An existing Band 6 registered Nurse
• compassionate, energetic individual with a genuine dedication to stroke patients.
• Someone who works well in a team.
• Excellent communication skills to communicate effectively with colleagues, patients and relatives/carers.
• Experience in stroke care or neurology is preferred but not essentia
