Summary


This is an exciting opportunity that requires someone who is motivated, enthusiastic, pragmatic, and always put the person at the centre of everything they do. The successful individual will hold a caseload of individuals requiring Occupational Therapy formulation and assessment and support a group programme. You will work alongside a fabulous team who have a strong sense of belonging, a keen focus on recovery and supporting people to achieve their goals. Living Well has a wealth of resource to support individuals achieve their aspirations such as access to housing, welfare, employment support and several other professional roles.

The main responsibilities of the role are:
1. Educate the team about occupational participation and the benefits.
2. Social inclusion, social prescribing, and recovery
3. Work in partnership with other agencies and community organisations.
4. Develop occupational groups.
5. Develop an occupational Therapy pathway in Living Well
6. Provide Occupational assessment and formulation.
7. Identify barriers to occupational participation and advice on how we can reduce barriers.
8. Plan and carry out evidence-based interventions.
9. Work closely with the multi-agency team.
10. Strengthen our Cased Based discussion by bringing an occupational therapy lens.
