Summary

Here at Kerry Collins Recruitment we have a great opportunity for a Key Account Manager to join our Group of companies.

The role will be based at our offices in central Birmingham and support an existing team, reporting in to the Divisional Manager.

The Role:

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing the customer portfolio, with a keen focus on account management, in order to fulfil all customer recruitment requirements nationally.

• You will oversee the day to day management of key external client requirements - no sales required!
• Maintain the customer relationships and update the wider team and CRM system
• Support, plan and organise the resourcing team on a daily basis to ensure that all call, application and submission activities are properly logged/recorded
• Assist with the development of the internal resourcing team
• Assist in decisions and implementation of best advertising methods to suit business needs, and measure their effectiveness
• Develop the key account management concept for customers and ensure that they are contacted and updated on a regular basis
• Provide advice and guidance to customers in the preferred selection processes against their projects and forecast requirements
• Assist in the compilation of weekly/monthly reports

Key Measures & Targets

• Manage a customer portfolio in an ever changing environment
• Ensure fulfilment targets are met
• Ensure customer feedback is sought and captured on a timely basis

Person Specification:

The successful candidate is likely to meet all of the following criteria:

• Previous resourcing/recruitment experience is essential
• Experience working within a busy and fast paced environment
• Ability to manage a number of projects and activities
• Team player that can help motivate and inspire work colleagues to deliver against objectives set
