1x SEN English Teacher - GCSE
Paid to scale
Immediate start, On-going position, Temporary to permanent role
Location: Harrow, North West London
⏰ Flexible Hours:
- Monday and Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
- Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering engaging English lessons tailored to SEN students with SEMH, ADHD, ASD and related SEN
- Creating an inclusive learning environment to foster growth
- Implementing individualised education plans (IEPs)
- Utilising effective behaviour management strategies
Additional Provision:
- Small classes (10 pupils per class)
- Education Support Worker (ESW) in every class
- Specialist literacy and art therapy support
- Career and further education advice
- Mental health and sensory support services
Requirements:
- DBs on the update service
