Summary

The Kinovo Support Analyst will play a critical role in providing technical assistance and support to our employees and clients, with a specific focus on addressing enquiries related to contract management software and processes.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A strong understanding of contract management principles
• Excellent communication skills
• A passion for delivering top notch support
• Prior experience in a customer support role, preferably in a technical or IT support capacity, providing assistance and resolving issues for clients or end users
• Familiarity with ticketing systems or help desk software used for logging, tracking, and managing client support requests and incidents
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Proficiency in computer hardware, software, and operating systems, with a solid understanding of networking, troubleshooting methodologies, and diagnostic tools
• Understanding of support processes, procedures, and best practices, including incident management, escalation procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field (preferred)

As part of your role as an Analyst within the support team, you will be given the opportunity to work with our providers and colleagues to implement new technology to the business in a project capacity.
