Tick Education are working with specialist SEN schools across the Bedford area who are looking for variety of SEN Teaching Assistants. They need somebody who can provide 1 to 1 support for children with needs, such as autism, ADHD and non-verbal.

Schools are happy to accept qualified teaching assistants, however experience working with SEN children is preferred.

We have opportunities for day to day cover available if you are looking for a flexible work lifestyle. With a variety of our schools looking for candidates to work within the class to assist small groups or provide 1 to 1 support.

The ideal SEN Teaching Assistants in Bedford requires:

• Experience working with children who have special educational needs.
• Has experience working in SEN schools.
• Strong behaviour and classroom management skills.
• Be able to build a quick relationship with staff and children from a variety of backgrounds.
