We continue to go from strength to strength and are now in a position to recruit a highly motivated and dedicated Group Flight Travel Coordinator to join our friendly and successful Business Travel team based in our Ipswich Head Office.
This role will be responsible for the coordination and management of Group Flight Travel itineraries for leisure and corporate client base. The successful candidate will need to be organised in order to meet financial and ticketing deadlines whilst accurately coordinating all passenger special requests with the airline aswell as the submission of accurate passport information. It is also essential for the successful candidate to be a good communicator in order to successfully liaise with the airline groups and handle all booking enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
We are keen to hear from candidates who currently or have previously worked within the travel industry. An interest in travel and up to date knowledge of the industry would also be desirable.
This is a Full-Time Permanent position working 35 hours per week (Monday - Friday and Saturday on a rota, a day off in the week will be rewarded when a Saturday shift is worked) This role will be based at our Head Office in Ipswich (Fred Olsen House, 42 White House Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 5LL) Once fully trained in the role, we can offer a hybrid work pattern.
