The Role
The Successful Health Care Administrative Manager position include:
• Effective Communication with GP Practices: Facilitate clear and efficient communication with GP practices to ensure smooth operations.
• Booking and Managing Locum Shifts: Coordinate the scheduling and management of locum shifts, ensuring adequate coverage and addressing any scheduling conflicts.
• Maintaining Detailed Records of Locums: Keep comprehensive records of locum hours, rates, and contract dates to track and manage locum shifts effectively.
• Producing Invoices for Locum Shifts: Generate invoices accurately and promptly for locum shifts rendered, ensuring proper billing and payment procedures are followed.
• Record-Keeping of Company Expenses and Documents: Maintain organized records of company expenses and pertinent documents to ensure compliance and facilitate financial management.
• Collaboration with Accountancy Team: Work closely with the accountancy team to provide necessary financial data and support for budgeting, reporting, and auditing purposes.
• Handling Complaints: Address and resolve any complaints or issues promptly and professionally, maintaining a positive and constructive relationship with GP practices.
