House Manager

Cureyoursearch is pleased to represent a fantastic organisation providing person centred care services to young people and adults. They have an opportunity for an experienced House Manager to join the team on a 6 month fixed term contract initially.
In this rewarding role, you will:
- Provide expertise and support for the day to day running of the house, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care, enabling young adults to live in the community in accordance with their own lifestyle and needs
- Lead and manage a team of support staff, providing supervision and regular appraisals
- Ensure a happy and stimulating environment for the young residents, promoting inclusion, contribution and choice, maintaining a professional and supportive relationship with service users and their families
- Organise, co-ordinate and monitor staff rotas in line with individual service funds working in accordance with service requirements
The House Manager candidate:
- Experience of working with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour
- Experienced House Manager within social care
- Familiar with rota management, managing a budget and supervision of support staff
- Passionate about providing exceptional care
The House Manager Package:
- Salary £28,155
- 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
- Potential to extend beyond the fixed term contract
The House Manager Interview Process:
The interview process for this role will be two stage.
Stage one – Face to Face interview with the senior management team
Stage two – Face to Face interview and meeting with key members of staff
