We are seeking an experienced ASW - Social Worker with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in the field of Mental Health. Responsibilities
Assessing and evaluating the mental health needs of clients
Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans
Providing individual and group counseling sessions
Advocating for clients and coordinating with healthcare professionals and external agencies
Conducting home visits and monitoring client progress
Providing crisis intervention and managing high-risk situations
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records
Requirements
A Master's degree in Social Work or a related field
At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in mental health
State licensure as an ASW - Social Worker
Strong knowledge of mental health conditions and treatment modalities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Experience with case management and resource coordination
Proficient in electronic health record systems
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £24.94
