Summary

Job Information

We are currently recruiting for a ground operative to work on a PFI Contract within a school based in East London, the role of the successful to ensure that up keep of the school grounds is kept to an excellent standard and all areas within the ground and perimeter of the site is kept clean and tidy.

Main Duties

-Litter picking

-Emptying of external bins

-External jet washing of the patio area, external staircases, front of the school

-Removal of leaves and weed within and around the perimeter of the school

-Removal of graffiti, if and when required

-PPM's - weekly visual inspection of the perimeter of the school fencing and surrounding area



What we are looking for

We are seeking for a dynamic individual to join our team, this is a fast pace role and requires the right candidate to be proactive, with a good work ethnic and has the "can do" attitude. The successful candidate must be able to work well alone as well as part of a team to ensure that the service delivery to client is to a high standard at all times.
