The role will be based between the Community Pain teams and the Secondary Care MFT Pain Service.

You will be naturally empathetic, demonstrating high level communication skills to facilitate close working relationships with both patients and colleagues. You should have demonstrable knowledge of pain management physiotherapy, with the ability to prioritise your workload. The main duties of the job will involve:
• Assessment and treatment of patients with persistent pain. This may include joint assessments with other colleagues in the MDT.

• Group based pain management programmes.
• Contributing to the MDT and joint decision making and also providing specialist advice within the team regarding patients' physical presentations, physical potential and barriers to functional change
• Contributing to research and audit.
