Summary
Fantastic rates of pay - starting from £13 per hour PLUS holiday pay PLUS pension PLUS mileage which is covered at £0.35p per mile.

Home Care Assistant - Drivers required - No experience needed - Full time & Part time & BANK positions available.
Shift patterns - 7am - 3pm / 3pm - 11pm / 7am - 11pm.
Alcedo Care Chester are looking for caring, enthusiastic care assistants to support adults living at home with a range of needs across the Chester and surrounding areas. This will range from providing compassionate care right through to personal care and more complex needs.
Previous experience as a care assistant is beneficial but not essential. Whether you have worked in a care, nursing home or residential setting, or had previous personal experience caring for a family member - All we ask is that you have a positive, caring nature and we can teach you the rest.

Skills and qualities required:
• Must be 18 or over.
• Must hold a full Drivers Licence, with access to own vehicle.
• Must be available to work every other weekend.
• Dedicated, caring, punctual and driven with a positive attitude.
• Reliability, trustworthiness, and Punctuality
• The right to work in the UK. - No restrictions
• Understanding the role involves travelling to and from different clients houses to deliver the best quality care.
• Experience of Lone Working.
• Highly empathetic with excellent motivational skills
