Summary

We’re looking for Complex Care Support Workers with previous experience in ADHD and Autism to provide outstanding care in Chester.
Weekdays including some weekends and occasional waking nights. Hours: Monday to Friday: 4:00 AM - 10:00 PM, weekends Saturday and Sunday (with occasional waking night shifts)

Our nurse-led complex care team are looking to build a permanent team to support with a complex care package in Chester. This is a young boy who needs assistance with:
• Provide personalized care, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
• Assist with daily activities.
• Follow individualised care plans tailored to the specific needs and preferences of client.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes independence and enhances quality of life.
• Monitor and document the individual's progress and communicate effectively with the care team and family members.
We’re looking for someone with a kind, compassionate and resilient nature to join a team of regular carers.(Preffered Male Carer)
You should have previous experience with ADHD and Autism either professionally as a Care Assistant or Support Worker, or you may have looked after a family member.
