We’re looking for Complex Care Support Workers with previous experience in Parkinsons and Stoma Care to provide outstanding care in Chester.

Our nurse-led complex care team are looking to build a permanent team to support with a complex care package in Chester. This is a lady who needs assistance with:

• Personalised care for complex care needs, including Parkinson's and Stoma care.

• Conduct regular checks and provide assistance as required during the night shifts.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided.
• Communicate effectively with the care team and office.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, empathy, and dignity in care provision.
• MUST be flexible and able to complete both DAYS and NIGHT sits throughout the week.

She does also have OCD. We’re looking for someone with a kind, compassionate and resilient nature to join a team of regular carers.

You should have previous experience with Parkinson and Stoma Care either professionally as a Care Assistant or Support Worker, or you may have looked after a family member.
