Summary
The post holder will play a pivotal part in the development of the organisational culture aligned to the Trusts vision, values and strategy. The post holder will work with senior leaders across the Trust to develop the capability of leaders within the Trust aligning this to a comprehensive talent and succession plan for key posts in the organisation.
