Summary

Wellbeing/Activities Support Manager - Country Court
Salary £35,000 to £42,000 depending on experience + car allowance or company car
Do you have experience in supporting numerous teams across a large geographical area & have a passion for organising activities and making a difference?
We are seeking a Wellbeing Support Manager to join our team and support our homes all over the UK. This is a field-based role and will be travelling to our homes and you will need to be flexible and be able to stay away from home.

ABOUT THE WELLBEING SUPPORT MANAGER ROLE
Some of your responsibilities will include:

Implement Wellbeing/Activity reviews for the homes, which include surveys and team meetings.


Lead the Wellbeing initiatives in all aspects of Wellbeing/Activities provision.
Get to know the homes to provide insight on areas for development.


Create and deliver workshops to Enhance our residents’ time and experiences through meaningful and varied activities. Ensuring we deliver a programme that stimulates a balance of mental, physical, and emotional outcomes.
Developing and managing wellbeing projects.
Travel to the home across the country to provide support to the Wellbeing teams.
Implement Wellbeing initiatives developed by the Head of Wellbeing & Training.
Ensuring that all safety measures for activities are in place for all residents and staff members.

ABOUT YOU
We want you to hit the ground running that’s why we are looking for a Wellbeing Support Manager with the following skills:

Experience of working within the care sector and wellbeing/activities roll.
Outstanding diary management and communication skills
Previous experience in developing workshops/training and rolling out initiatives across an organisation.
Experience of supporting numerous people across a large geographical area.
A passion for wellbeing & understands wellbeing outcomes.
An ‘ideas’ person who is inventive, who can celebrate moments of magic.
Experience and knowledge in working with people with dementia.
Hold a Full UK driving license, not adverse to extensive travel and staying away from home.
