Summary
Hereward Care Services is looking for an experienced Registered Manager for it's Lyons Gardens respite care home.
At Lyons Gardens, we support up to 11 adults with learning disabilities in a respite care home setting. If you have experience as being a registered care home manager, we'd like to hear from you.
You will be required to work a variety of shift patterns, including weekends as needed.
You must have an RMA Level 4 or Level 5 in Health & Social Care as well as being a driver.
Working within local authority and CQC regulations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our service users at all times, promoting independence and empowering choice you will ensure that care plans and risk assessments are followed at all times.
You will lead your staff team in a pro-active, hands on way ensuring KPIs are met and care hours are delivered effectively.
Pay: £33,075 per annum
